• How long will it take for me to receive my order?

Due to COVID-19, processing can take up to a week. Please allow up to seven business days to receive your tracking number. Typically, processing can take between 24-48 hours to ensure that no fraudulent activities are occurring. Once processing is cleared, the items ship out and will arrive within 3-5 business days. 

• I saw an item on Opulent Looks Boutique, but it is not on the website. How do I go about ordering it?

It is advised to reach us through our contact tab, and to include which style you are interested in. We will be in contact directly so that you will receive your item of interest.

• What sizes do you provide?

It depends on the style of interest. Typically a Small, Medium and Large. Some styles are the exception for a size Extra-Small, or Extra-Large.

• What is the measurements for the bathing suits?

Small: Bust - 84CM, Waist - 64-90CM, Hips - 72-94CM

Medium: Bust -88CM, Waist - 68-94CM, Hips - 76-98CM

Large: Bust - 92CM, Waist - 72-98CM, Hips - 80-102CM

• Do the items run big or small?

True to size.

• How can I process a return?

We will gladly provide you with store credit if there is any problems with your order. The store credit will be for the subtotal of the item, excluding taxes and shipping.
